Yes @"M" I wouldn't myself risk it now at this time of the year as everything is starting to shut down at this time of the year,so when the spring weather and warmth comes round again then that should be the ideal time:smile:

It is a good time of the year to take roses cuttings though:biggrin:

I`d be inclined to pot up a few plantlets now.

I could give it a go, but what would you recommend I plant them into? Seed compost? :dunno:  Do I just break off a couple of pieces from the main plant?

It's still OK to split them now and you can put them into ordinary potting compost. A month ago would have been better but they're tough little Bs. Outside is OK but in a blowaway or unheated greenhouse is fine (might help them take better), as long as you water them.

We did ours about three weeks ago and they'll be ready for sale in May. We only sell the variegated variety. :noidea: They're very popular. :blue thumb:

I know! It's a variegated Shineyland specimen which I'm hoping to successfully split :heehee:
Thank you for the instructions
