Loquat problems

Hi,
I'm new to the group and looking for some advice on my loquat tree. I bought an established tree online which was delivered a few days ago, but am not sure if it just suffering aftet the long journey to get here or if it could be fire blight?
Several leaves are brown and the blossoms have all turned black. I have attached some pucs of the leaves and blossom which fell off when tree was unwrapped. Can anybody shed any light?

There are still a couple of brown leaves on the tree, but it lost about 30 leaves when we unwrapped it.

 

Its a fairly large tree and not easy to transport.
Personally I dont know why it has brown leaves, but they do drop some leaves every year, surely the flowers are from last year and probably didn't set fruit.

Dont think I would be bothered on a plant that size, the main thing looks pretty healthy.

Get it in the ground.
