I lost my router password! Actually, to be more correct, I don't think I noted it down anywhere to start with! I think I'd really like to know what it is!

Is there anyway I can either
    a) retrieve the password from 'somewhere'! or
    b) reset it and create a new one.

My router is a Belkin F5D8635-4V

Try a combination of admin and leaving blank

    so username admin, password admin

    username leave blank, password admin

    username admin, password blank

also sometimes it has the default passwords on the bottom of the router :blue thumb:

Thanks everyone. I found the reset button but I have learned a lesson:

DON'T PRESS THE BUTTON UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING! :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

I lost my internet connection and everything!
After some frantic hunting around, I found the set-up cd-rom and from that got the Belkin help line where are really sweet and ever so patient little Indian chap talked me through getting it all back again! phew.gif Kept calling me Miss Josephine which went down very well!
So thanks for al your input, folks, but this is now sorted! :dbgrtmb:
