Shimsham, you would normally put it low down in the centre of the back wall.:thumb: Opposite the door.

    HI
Just bought one too from B and Q - relatively easy to put in except that I now have to get Oh to cut the remaining piece of glass to fit the gap!
My greenhouse is also about 12 inches from a wall and I decided to put it on the other side but i daresay it would be fine near the wall.

Shimsham, the idea of a louvre vent is to improve air circulation. That is why you put it in the end wall.opposite the door. Don`t worry about the greenhouse being close to a wall, it wont stop the air getting into the greenhouse. Trust me.:):thumb:

Hi David. I am going to fit the lourve in the back wall tomorrow never done one of these before do you have to remove all of the upper glass if you put it in the middle on the bottom near the base.

Just seen this thread and thought I would point out that the louvre should replace the glass panel although it can split the bottom from the top.

Shimsham, you will have to take all the glass out of the centre section, I personally, would put the vent at the bottom. This gives better air circulation.:thumb:

Hi David. With it being warm today and possibly tomorrow i have noticed today that my tomato plants leaves are starting to curl upwards ,Is this a sign of over/under watering they have not changed colour yet, anyone else on the forum is more than welcome to chip into this.Regards
