Solved Magnificent blue-flowered tree

    We visited Greenways in Dartmouth while down that way on holiday last week - stunning gardens, highly recommend a visit if you're ever passing through.

    In one part of the garden was this tree, draped in stunning bell-like blue flowers:

    We asked a gardener the name and I've phonetically written it down as "Iocromer estralis", but google is drawing a blank on that or similar spellings (and spelling has never been my strength!).

    Any thoughts on what it was? This one was huge, probably 10ftX10ft, but the gardener did mention they're usually much smaller.
