    Hi everyone

I know i am probably a little eager, but i have beening looking at summer bedding plants at some online shops. Last year was my first year and i brought them from my local B&Q, they grew quite well but had limited selection. Has anyone brought from a online shop and if so were they sny good?

There have been threads about this, so if you go to the search facility and put in on-line shopping or mail order shopping, you'll probably find a few hints.
I use the internet quite a bit, and have used Thompson and Morgan, Suttons, J Parkers, Crocus, Viv Marsh Postal Plants, Plantazia and various others whose names currently fail me. If you google any of those you'll find a few possibilities, and start dreaming of spring and summer.....

Here are some links to the above...

I use mail order a lot for plants and seeds; most are good, and helpful if things aren't right. Look at out 'Retailer Feedback' section for one unreliable firm [Gardening Express].
Putting as many plants as you can in one order reduces postage charges! Some people will charge your credit card right away, which I prefer- others wait until your order is despatched.

    Hi
I use the internet for 90% of my plants.
Buckinghams for my wildlife hedges, shrubs.I would,nt ever get my Roses from the internet, this is purely a personal choice as I
like to pick these up myself.I have found that the only problems i have had is with the carriers
    and not the source.

The best catalogue I've ever seen is the Organic Gardeners one:

    http://www.organiccatalog.com/catalog/

Their catalogue booklet is just head and shoulders above all the others - so much information, and it's a not for profit organisation so they are very up front about the seeds and products. I learnt quite a lot just by flicking through the catalogue.
