    Yeah it is really theres a supriseing ammount of it around this area though :confused: mind most of the people with it are 70+ so it was all the rage when it was done lol

    Probably due to the fact that bristol was heavily bombed during the war therfore a lot of building took place after that time, as it happens when crazy paving was in fashion.

    Yep all the houses round this area were built in the 50s wasnt much but fields before that

    Nice hedge - you could have hours of fun changing the design every time you trim it:thumb:

    nope it was like it when i got there lol if ive ever got an over grown hedge to do though i try to give it a more curved top just to be a bit different :D

    Really like it as it's just my thing I managed to convince my hubby to start a curvy monster hedge hoping to get a topiary Loch Ness Monster hedge like the Charnwood Hotel just up the road in Blyth near Worksop but sadly Bob was none too keen and the curves went this year.

    The Charnwood's hedge has always appealed to me since being a little girl sadly I couldn't find a picture on the web just to show you this lovely looking monster.:(Hel.xxx.
