So I have no idea what my plants are and need some help. There are many and some might be the same plant, I just don't know! Please feel free to think I'm a little backward for not noticing, I won't take offence! :)

I apologise for asking for so much but wasn't sure if better to do all in one or do it in separate posts... I'm sure you'll let me know :)

    Thanks

I'm rubbish at this, but love having a go (please forgive me!) - so please don't take my answers as gospel, and wait for an expert to answer. Anyway, here goes:

    1. Fern (can't be more specific)
    2. Buddleja
    3. Scot's Pine?
    4. Honeysuckle
    5. Pass
    6. Pass
    7. Laburnam
    8. Pass
    9. Pass
    10. Pass
    11. Pass
    12. Pass
    13. Fuschia (can't be more specific)
    14. Don't know its right name, but where I come from its known as 'Sticky Willy'
    15. Aubretia
    16. Climbing Rose?
    17. Pass, but I had tons of the stuff at my old house.
    18. Azealia?
    19. Pass
    20. Pass, but I think I had one (orange flowers?)
21 -26 - Pass, although 26 looks very similar to one I had identified on here as Periwinkle very recently?
    27. Pass
    28. Honeysuckle, definitely - jealous!
    29. Hydrangea?
    30 - 34 - Pass
    35. Hydrangea again
    36. Hydrangea again
    37. White lilac?
    38. Fuschia again (no idea which variety though)
    39. Pass

OK, I make that a count of 16 that I have had a stab at - I shall live in hope that some of the experts are able to tell me how many of those I am right on (whilst trying not to cry with laughter too much at my stupidity!).

Thank you for indulging my learning :)

    Wow Bam.
Youv'e got some nice stock there. Someone knew about shrubs but they will need some pruning and shaping. 39 images there. I think one or two are duplicates.
I will try the top 3 from left to right:
    1) a fern (not sure of type - help please)
    2) a mature buddleja, that needs some serious pruning
    3) a very pretty little blue spruce

Others will be along to identify and complete the grids. I have found that Google is a good start to learn the basics. Lots of things to do over the coming weeks, months even years. Stick with GC Bam, a very good place to start :spinning:

      Eeeck!!!
I would love to help. But 39 at once!!!!!....
It is so much easier to do them in batches a few at a time.
Then if there is any discussion about any pic, we all know which one it is.
It is very tedious to have to count/ make paper list then type it in.Go to and fro.

It is also sometimes very necessary to get extra pic.

This thread could easily go on for 20 plus pages. Who is going to bother reading it through from the beginning to see what others have posted???

Dear admin please could we have a sticky at the top to suggest a limit of 5 per thread. Then start a new thread for the next 5.????

Aye, I know I am crap at it, but I'm enjoying trying to learn - and I learn quickest by stretching my brain and making mistakes.
