      How good a freerunner is he :dbgrtmb: I am sat here with a hot compress on my inflamed knee , going downstairs is a journey ! Some of them leaps and jumps , I don't know how his knees take it.
      This guy is superfit , do you know if he has been on Ninja Challenge , the hyperhard obstacle course on TV ?

            I didn't @Charlie996. :heehee: 23 years on I have to admit it's a case of been there and done that to many times. I do listen to the radio to keep up with results and what's going on though. I didn't even get out on the course this year while it was on. :doh:
