So i gor myself a Mantis Tiller at a good price and in good nick but after doing a few rows and falling in love I ran into a snag, the cable running from the start/off switch got caught between the nuts that loosen the handles to be bent back. Needless to say it got cut cleanly in 2. Ive been having a look for replacement cables but could i simply reconnent it using a connecter and taping it? there are 4/5 strands of wire so i assume will be handy enough reconnected.

Just call Mantis, they are very good and give you info over the phone.
Doubt they would suggest bodging it up though.:)

Its often surprising how cheap some of their spares are.

Give Mantis a call, they are very helpful over the phone and advise what you need.

Its surprising how cheap some of their spares are.

If you call at certain times you can talk to a technician who knows exactly what you need.
Sorry but I think its mid morning and mid afternoon, but cant remember the exact times.
