mashy new potatoes

    Hi anybody tried this?
    The wifes new potatoes just boil to water this year, so I decided to try the microwave instead.
    Cut into small pieces, place in a caserole dish with 3 big lumps of butter, low heat for 15 minutes, turn the potatoes and 5 minutes on high heat.
    Result perfect new potatoes. Hurray!!!:yay:
