Hi all gardeners! what lovely soggy weather we are having eh? at least all plants seem to be enjoying it.
We have a cordyline "type" plant, well I think its a cordyline, and we want to move it in the garden from its current place, its about 2 metres tall overall, with trunk size about 10 - 12 inches all round. when is the best time to move it and what are the best things to do to avoid losing it?

    Hi Meb, Welcome to GC.

I can`t help unfortunately but would like to add a little question to yours-plan on moving mine too.

What about removing the leaves that are damaged-how, where do you cut and when?

Hi Meb, Welcome to GC, If it were my Cordy I wouldn't Risk moving it, At 2metres its well Established, but if you need to move it, someone will be along to give you advice as to when and how...
Hi Claire, you can cut the dead leave's any time, I cut as near to the trunk as possible, make sure your choice of citting impliment is sharp because there tough...Ive also heard you can pull them off, but i like to cut them....Dee..
