    Hi Nat75,
That's one adorable dog there :)
He looks beautiful just like one of those cuddly stuffed dog toys you can buy.

You will get lots of enjoyment I am sure [and exercise]

Oh what a little heart melter!!!!!!!!!!! If you ever need a dog sitter while you're on hols........we're only five mins from you! I love Newfie's.......just the biggest most gentle creature you could care to meet, actually, kinda like the people from Newfoundland as well! lol

Thankyou all for your lovely replies, at the moment I'm teaching him not to go in the borders which is hard because he thinks it's great fun running amongst all the plants and he loves eating soil :dh:nice. I'm a big fan of the dog whisperer anyone else watch it?

Aww what a big bundle of fluff !! :)

Cute dogs, just a shame they grow so big .... would need a house twice the size to house one. Very nice looking though :)

Ahhhhhhhhhh. Would just to give him the biggest hug. What a love. I also watch the dog whisperer.
We are a no dog family now. Just the cats. Travel too much. Sometimes I miss a dog. But would be kenneling him three times a year. The sheps got used to it I guess.
Ahhhhhh some more. Great picts also. Just give him a big hug for me. Thats something I really miss the big fur hug.

What an absolute cutie.......you have to be a certain type of dog lover to have big dogs.
We have a 185-190 pound Saint Bernard, and the breeder that we got our Saint from, their next door neighbors breed Newf's...........so cute!!

Wow Nat, he is gorgeous. Absolutely love the big ones but can't handle them anymore, not fit enough. They need a lot of looking after but well worth it. Just look at him. I'm sure you could sell pics for a doggy/pet calandar of him! Hmmm, trying to stop him going anywhere is going to be a challenge isn't it,lol. Joyce has only taken in the last couple of years to loving digging & diving - maybe cos it's only the past couple of years that I've been gardening:) Anyway, she can do what she wants cos she's 14 now and starting to show her age so whatever she wants goes, well, within reason!

Please keep us updated with pics. I'd love to see the size of him now compared with you or yours or an inanimate object you have, and then see him growing every six months or so. Blimey, what a difference that will be.

    cheers
