    Blimey!

How many pics are you gonna take?

    Five hundred?

    A good price though!

I've a 1G card in 7.2 mp camera and that'll take 272 photos or 12mins video with sound.

My biggest problem is always batteries. I use re-chargeables, I have two in the camera and four as back up, I always seem to be changing them.

I've just bought a couple of memory sticks from Amazon.

:hehe: Well Dog house I use 4G (1231 photos) & 2G cards... Shan't tell you how many I have of each either... :rotfl: I have filled the 4G cards on several occasions now as well... But I do have 12Mpix cameras so the file size of the photos is quite large.. :hehe: So Pam go & enjoy..:thmb:

    Each to their own.

    I just take "snaps"

I read somewhere, some of the older small digital cameras can't handle 2G cards.

Digressing, I've a Sony VHS video camera somewhere, from way back in 1990, it's the size of a small suitcase.

You don’t really need to take pictures at the highest setting your camera can.

    Or put it this way.

Why are you taking pictures at your camera’s highest setting?

The screen you are looking at now will not show the difference,
If you email them they will take days to send (Ok, not days, but a long time)
Any picture hosting site will digitally reduce them.
Any printer will not be able to show the difference
You will get less on a storage card.

:) Well my cameras are relatively new now Doghouse so that may be true.. Yes you are quite right watergarden, I don't have to use that file size, but I do actually have a reason for it.... So I hope for maybe 1 in 100 that may be a good shot... Sometimes I then submit these to an american Co. I have sold quite a few now... The larger files allow us depth for later enlargements & then printing, so you see we all have our reasons WG... :)
