    Ok, getting bored now ... I have several on my scalp; but now have two on my face!! :mad:

    There just *has* to be a way of detering these peskies :cry3:

    Have you got a Walnut tree near by Mum....if so grab some leaves and rub them all over yourself....:dbgrtmb:....

        Unfortunately, no Walnut trees :( I'll google to see if we have any nearby then do a stealth move to garner the leaves before they all disappear.

          I've eaten bugs .. I can mimic being a Marine if it will stop these ruddy bugs eating me alive!

              citronella oil mixed with water. give yourself a squirt before going outside. works for me. just dont get it in your eyes. Aloe Vera on the bites you already have.

                Eat Marmite. Makes you give off a vapour they don;t like apparently. I do and hardly ever get bitten:)

                        :goodpost: This is highly effective, and doesn't leave you smelling like the inside of a tart's handbag. When we had horses, I used this method on them too, and it worked well
