I have some peas growing under a smalll poly tunnel. Thay haven't germinated as well as the peas in the greenhouse but the ones that have are about 2" tall. When do I remove the poly tunnel? The ground is very dry at the moment and I am sure that they are not getting enough water. Can I remove the tunnel by day and replace at night? Or can I just remove it completely now?

I'd remove it and only put back when a frost is forecast, but looking at your location that is unlikely. water them if the soil is very dry. They need moisture to soften up and start off.
