missing leaves on acer tree

    my japanese acer has started budding and opening leaves, but all the ones on the ends of the branches - it seems the rest of the tree is still in early budd? Any thoughts or advice?

      Welcome jeffsmisses I Bought a well Established one just planted it 1st day my Dog went to inspect it as she does every mortel thing i do in the garden and some how managed to fall or tred on it snapping it clean in half :doh::mad:

      As jenny Advised Post a Pic If Poss and Garnted you will get the right Advice :dbgrtmb:
