    I wonder how many years it takes for a clump of mistletoe to reach this size.

    I don't know, pete, but it sure looks like a huge clump. I doubt that anyone can beat you.

    pete ... I know (horrendous) but you can still kiss under it. And no, the arches haven't fallen, very solid, concrete here ... but I did see Fallen Angels with the beautiful Hayley and Juliet Mills.

    Not seen a clump like that anywhere, pete. We go walking in Hatfield Forest and lots of trees have mistletoe on them but they seem to spread through the branches and not stay in clumps.

    It grows in abundance all around us ... the first picture is a huge fir tree not too far away and the second an old lime tree............... it's regarded as lucky here..

    Intresting ML, I didn't know it grew on conifers, seems to be taking over some of the trees over there.
