The forest was a mist shrouded wonderland this morning and I met such a nice young woman.

Somehow you make it all sound good Hornbeam.
And I was just thinking earlier, what a rotten damp and miserable morning it was.
Just shows you've got to look for the silver lining. :D

Thanks Hornbeam.I have a Kodak EasyShare C360 which has 5.0 mega pixels.I have taken all the sunrise and wandering cloud pictures with it.Also used it for the flower photos which are somewhere in the muppets section.
I also used it this year to capture the Hummingbird Hawkmoth in my garden.

Keep up the good work. It is a joy to see photos and atmospherics from different parts of the country

excellent pictures hornbeam, your camera certainly takes good pictures, I too will have to get out one of these early mornings, I like the country but will have to drive a good 30 minutes or more to get pics with living on the coast

WOW! was almost on that walk with you, can feel the mist on my face - you certainly have a very good eye for a picture, and yet again I'm changing my computer back ground pic to the web in picture 2. The picture of the lake is very eerie indeed - the more I look at it the more I see. Fabulous.

I must say, there are a lot of talented people on this fourm - looking at the photo comp for septemeber makes me very jealous and just wishing I had such an eye! (my 'wallpaper' on my puter has never changed so many times since I visited this forum!)
