    In middle off sweating off veggies in olive oil
    Sweet Tattie
    Butternut squash
    Broccoli
    Red Onion
    Tomoto
    Carrot

    Seasoning to taste along with chilli sauce

    Veg stock parsely making it this slight chuncky and serverving with crusty bread.

    I make my own soup in huge quantities and freeze in in portions to take to work for lunch.
    The kids are home from uni and they are eating it all:eek:
    My veg soup varies every time according to what is available but my favourite is bacon and lentil soup:thumb:

    All definitely moreish:rolleyes:
