    Nice to see some discussion and critical comment too. I suggested ages ago that critical comments should be given and received as positives to help us improve our photos, but no one has really taken it up. Even if done at the voting stage as comments on some of the photos that didn't quite make it into picks for the top three it could be 'educational' for the snappers. I hesitate to do it because no one else does. What do others think?

    BTW - (non-critical comment!) Jim & Vicky. It ain't a thrush - it's an immature blackbird hectoring its parent for grub :old:

    :scratch: Now then I have given this much thought.. I know there are plenty of people who are actually not so keen on your idea as they have expressed this too me already..

    :) I think all positive comments would be good, but some people might find them , unnecessary and negative Comments, also, un-asked for in the competitions & that could lead to Unnecessary Disharmony here on GC..
    So let us try a slightly different approach for a while & have a thread specifically for this.. We have new members joining in now with new ideas so I think this could get really interesting..!! :D HERE is the link to the new thread waiting for the 1st one to take to the spotlight..!!! :thmb:
