This competition gets more and more difficult to judge.

It has really helped me get to understand those who entered-and I have to say I see why you are all gardeners, so to the difficult part.

1st Rhylesgranny-My perfect Day, I thought this deserved first place because it definitely sums up the whole theme-and it's my perfect day too.

2nd- Victoria-Sunlight through Roses, It's hard to express what I thought when I saw this one-it is exactly what I see when I see the sunlight on the flowers............Aah!! I can't express it right.

3rd- Woo-Serenity, I have a great big soft spot for blue flowers in dappled shade-always make sme sit down for a while and look at it.

I found this incredibly difficult. All such gorgeous photographs. I think this theme let us see a little into the lives of the entrants and that made the whole thing more personal. Well done everyone but choices have to be made.

!st ....Wiseoldowl.........Serenity .........This so reminds me of my childhood and a walk through local bluebell woods. Beautiful composition with the old tree.

2nd,,,Lollipop....To be near one of the most beautiful flowers in the world
.......... A gorgeous photograph of a gorgeous flower.

3rh...DaveW.........Because life is full of surprises............Awwww I love the wee birdies. Lovely photograph and so cleverly captured .

Coor this is a hard one....

1, WOO, Serenity....reminds me of running through bluebell hill (just up the road) with my grandparents and their dog Noddy1 as a young girl (oh so many moons ago ;))

2, Roders, self set poppy...my second fave flower, the poppy (after swetpeas of course)

3, young DD, what makes a gardener tick..it shows that it's also about taking time to sit and look and enjoy your garden
