Gah I've just added two photos to the competition and I can't believe how hard I found it to NOT do any post processing! I hardly ever just take a photo and leave it as it is straight out of the camera. Feels very odd!

True enough about trying to get photos right from the off... I do in terms of exposure etc (or at least I try :hehe: - it can be a tad hit and miss) but I'm a bit of a fan of things like vintage effects, cross processing and mixing colour and mono. It's very rare that I'll take a photo and not do anything to it... I'm also loving my new(ish) discovery, the high pass filter, brings out some amazing details especially in macro shots...

I think the enhanced competition might be more the place for me! I've put a couple of (SOOC) shots in for this one, but I'm just itching to edit them :o

Hi Vindalou, allot of us here ar budding photographers, so we have tried to taylor the competitions for all to have a go.. Lots of people only want to just "take a photo".. Lots of us want to do more so we have tried to make the comps fair for all by asking you to "do your best"..!! "The enhanced" & the "Top 30" comps both allow you to do lots to your photos, so please feel free to enter those & all the others as the more the merrier I think... New people new idas etc.. Just peruse the rules of each first, as they may vary slightly.. Good Luck & Good Shooting..!! :thumb:
