Monthly Photo Comp October 2013..!!

My how time flies..!!
Woo was our winner for August & he has picked a theme that is Seasonal & changes are afoot outside now.. It is "Autumn Colours".. A firm favourite at this time of year as the colours are inspiring..!
So as always I am sure none of us can say we had no inspiration for this lovely theme..
It is going to be interesting.. It is surprising what we have close by if we really look .. I hope there will be some very inspired photos if the past is anything to go by, so many things to choose from, but how to interpret them best....

Please post all discussions for this months pictures and about the competition... Here..

The competition is of course based on the Integrity & Honesty of the entrants first & foremost...!!

We all have different cameras & abilities and that is what having the competition is about... Our ability to take a good photograph, to improve on that if we can with each photo we take, interpret the months theme as widely & imaginatively as we can..... without editing enhancement! So good luck everyone!

There will not be any prizes for this Competition, just the self-satisfaction of gaining and showcasing your photography skills.
Please follow the guidelines below:-
1. All entries to be taken in current competition month & submitted by 23.59Hrs on the last day of the month of the competition..
2. You can enter up to three (3) pictures. All images entered must be the intellectual and copyright property of the member..
3. Give your picture a title..
4. Post your photos within this thread for entry into the competition.Display your photo up to full size 600x800 and the file size to be less than 300KB in JPG/jpg format .. No thumbnails or links please..!
5. Please have your date & time set correctly as EXIF data is visible to all..
6.All entries should limit the use of digital manipulations to only file conversion, level, curve and sharpening. Adding elements to the original image that were not there are NOT allowed. NO software filters are allowed, frames optional. Colour or Black and White (Black and White conversions allowed).

The winner will be decided by votes by the users of the forum.Also the winner of the competition gets to choose the theme for the next month's competition.
