    Don't know about the first piccy, but the second and third look like marigolds

    Charlie, first is definatley a Marigold,hanging basket is a type of Biden, I got 2 one is a larger flower,more vigorous 5 petals, the other is a smaller flower 12 petals, both quite hardy and came back this year,though classed as an Annual bedding plant.

    French marigolds to be precise Charlie! Not half as luscious IMO, as the orange Calendula though, which my slugs don't eat like the french ones either!!
    And, you can use calendula to make a soothing tincture for injuries! [​IMG]
