Morning, I hope everyone is well:) my husband and I have spent the morning doing a little gardening! Watering plants, pulling weeds up and also tidying up our cordyline tree. Looking much better. Next week, weather permitting I plan to sort out the front garden as we've got some lovely shrubs and plants appearing:thumb:

Wanted to show you how my lillies are getting on:

Also does anyone know what this is please? it's located at the side of our garage, amongst lots of weeds and stinging nettles.

:thumb: Hi Roz, Love the Lillies... I would say from your pics you have an Ash tree growing by the garage. They do tend to self seed easily... Not sure I would want it that close to a wall or path as the roots do so much damage...:)

Thanks Marley, really pleased with them! We are going to see if my parents want it, as we don't want it causing damage to our garage. Thanks so much for your help x

Nice lilies - are they smelly (I've never grown them)

We have spent years trying to get rid of the stump of an ash tree that won't stop producing shoots from the stump.

Yes, its a mountain or mama ash also known as a Rowan tree, they tend not to grow as big as the rest of their family. Lovely berries on it during winter for the birds. The lillies are lovely too by the way.
