When is the best time for this? I've got two, split from one last year, but I've just dug out a huge new flowerbed and I'd like to move one into it when I get it all planted up.

I have several of these. and they are so very tough. However, in my area now they are just emerging. I want to see them flower in place etc. If I were to move them out it would be in the fall.
