Moving Lavender

    I have a clump of lavender I want to move - when is best ? Also do you prune it or tidy it up?

    Autumn or winter ideally, but if you're desperate to move it, it will probably be ok as long as you get a big enough root ball, although you can say goodbye to this years flowers if you move it now.
