moving rhubarb

    when is the best time to move my rhubarb we are redoing our veg patch and would like to lift it and put it some where else but will we kill it?

    Hiya I just looked in my grow your own mag this month as they had a section on rhubarb and it says that u can dig it up and split it in autumn when the leaves die back so I would have thought this was a good time for moving it too :thumb:

    Also agree :thumb: and they are as tough as old boots so you don't need to worry about them suffering from the transplant :)
