I am currently redesigning my garden and have to move about 7 rosebushes. Currently we are having some frosty nights - will this do any harm to newly moved rosebushes or should I wait until I am sure we will have no more frosts?

If you wait until we have no frosty nights you could be waiting until june, most of the frost at the moment is only surface ground frost and disappears after sun rise it's only when you get penetrating ground frost you have a problem,so move them before you get too much top growth if necessary prune them back.
