Mum's never-never plant - care and maintenance?

Hi Everyone;

After a bit of investigative surfing, I am almost certain that a potted plant my mother was recently given is a 'CTENANTHE OPPENHEIMIANA TRICOLOR'

Common Name: NEVER-NEVER PLANT-OPPENHEIM'S (BAMBURANTA) TRICOLOR.

Any advice on the do's and dont's of looking after same, - optimum conditions for healthy growth, feeding and watering etc - would be gratefully appreciated.

It is currently being kept in a large bathroom, - is this appropriate?

Pp - I have never heard of it so can't be much help. But faced with that sort of situation I Google items and look at all the sites.

I found these http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/59470/ , http://www.botany.com/ctenanthe.html which say full to partial shade, likes high humidity and never let the soil dry out. So it sounds like it is in the ideal spot.
