I have a Musa Bajoo in a large pot. It now has small plants around the base.
Any ideas on when and how to remove them please? I've dug around them, but they seem very firmly attached.

    Many thanks. GF.

I definitely wouldn't remove them now, its too late for them to get rooted before winter comes on.

Normally they only do well if they can be cut away with some roots already growing from the base, so they need to be fairly big.
I dont remove any pups until they are at least 2ft tall or more.
Even at that size they can still be rootless.

I think I would wait until growth gets going next year and turn it out the pot and see whats going on.
