Mushrooms on my private area Part 2:

Well the rain and humidty has given me some more mushees but on another log I have something altogether more interesting. I would have posted in the mystery object section but I have no idea what it is myself. It was all grey but I broke the skin thinking it was a stray pebble.

Any ideas you fun guys.

I would say 2.5"x2", I keep expecting donald sutherland and company to come knocking on my door screaming at me!

Looks as if it could be a stink horn fungi - a bit whiffy and well, people tend to giggle at what it looks like when grown....

 

Hi shiney, yes I have some cream for my diagnosed mushroom problem!

HoneyBee I think you are right. I have done a bit of reading and the pictures I have looked at seem to have the same head before erecting. How marvellous that I should grow a mushroom shaped like a big fat willy and be able to legitimately post it on GC.
