my clematis

I have been given a large blue flowered clematis. dont know the name of it but it flowered very well even though its only a small plant about a foot high at present. Now its stopped flowering it doesnt seem to be growing now??

Any advice or is this how it will stay until next year??

Hi alot of varieties stop growing about now then will put on more growth later in the summer just keep watered and tomato food once a week it will be fine

Its settling in as its new in and you cant see what happeninmg in the ground but the roots will be getting them selves sorted out .
