    My first fish pie

The fish I had available was frozen salmon filets.
I whizzed through some salmon pie recipes on the Internet.
And knowing what I had in the house came up with this concoction.
One can of condensed celery soup
    3 eggs
    About a cup of milk
2 potatoes cut in tiny cubes
About a rounded tablespoon of dry dill (really did not measure any of this)
2 salmon filets each is a 4-0z portion—1/2 thawed and used kitchen scissors to slice them into the bowel.
½ of red onion finally diced
2 cloves of garlic –finely diced
½ package of bacon that I had cooked up earlier---now crumbled into the bowl
Four slices of Swiss cheese cup up in little squares
Good sum of finally ground pepper
Held salt—enough in the condensed soup and bacon.
    ¼ cup all purpose flour
    Mix all the above together
Mix the eggs and soup first, then the flour, then the milk.
Then plop in the rest of the ingredients and stir gently.

Had two already made pie crusts (I needed to use up)
Poured the concoction into crust line deep pie pan,
Used the second crust to top it.
Did not want any overflow in my oven, so placed pan in a larger one with a little water on the bottom.
Baked for about a one-hour and half.
    And it tastes yummy.
