    Does it have a name? Looks different to other red/yellow varieties I've seen.

    The red bits are sometimes brought out by strong sun, looks lovely.

    Thanks Liz, this old brain box must be wearing out quicker than I thought.
    I get red spots on Iceberg sometimes after rain, suppose that could be the sun too, raindrops acting as magnifying glasses.

    Thanks for the kind words!

    I have two other roses on the way. 'Fragrant Cloud' will be a red one according to the ticket but the other one only has a name tag - 'Orient Express.' Anyone any idea what colour to expect? [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]

    They both look nice! Glad I put the red in the middle- the bud began to open today! The yellow/pink either side will balance nicely!

    Came home at 6.45 from a busy night shift to find Fragrant Cloud waiting for me! Puts the world in perspective for another day!

    Hi Sarah Yes nicely put,Lovely Rose .It was Hybridised In 1968 ,and was rose of the world In 1981 some Bloom,and has been the Parent rose of many new roses.Lovely Damask Aroma. [​IMG]

    Thanks for the info Woo! John wants it back having seen and smelt it but he has an entire rose garden as you've seen!
