    Hi all
    I am now able to post pics so have posted a few of my garden as it was to start with and how it is progressing. I just hope I have posted in the correct section.

    Before

    DSC01050.JPG

    New pond dug and sleepers built up. It is semi raised and just over three feet deep. New shed in place and border roll added on left and a border on the right. (I am currently making this larger) also turf laid.

    Water feature, filter and 'Monkey' in position.

    DSC01126.JPG

    Paul Hariot water lily. This flowered all through the summer. I was really pleased with this plant.

    DSC01134.JPG

    This Yellow Monkey Musk was also great value and flowered from May to September. I have taken seeds from it and currently have them growing on my widow sill.

    A rather large visitor

    Thanks for looking!

      A classic case of having a blank canvass to "paint" on and, I have to say, you have turned that blank canvass into the prettiest picture you could wish for, Outlander. It's not as easy as people would think and it's obvious that a lot of thought and effort has got into the new garden.........and it has really paid off.:love30::snorky:

      The only thing is that your 3rd and last images remind me of two of my old girl friends.:dunno::hate-shocked:

      A job well done, Outlander:thumbsup::snorky:

            I would say the hardest job was digging over every square inch of soil before laying the new turf and that funny little walk digging my heels in made my calves ache something terrible.

                          What a brilliant job you have made of your garden @Outlander. A lot of hard work, but it has really paid off, and the bottom of the garden must be such a lovely spot to relax in next to the pond. Well done!

                            It's lovely, a real credit to you @Outlander . Well done. It's very satisfying isn't it when you achieve something and can look at it and say ' I did that ' .
