    One of these days my wife and I will remember to take a before picture so the after can be truly appreciated. But I want to start sharing and I know you guys can offer all kinds of advice.

      Looking good Sparsons.. Still doing your path and looking good.. What are you planning if anything to plant in the border. Looks like a bark mulch on top and that helps to keep moisture in if it is.. What are your plans.?

      Im debating on an outside border still. I kind of like how the path seems open to the open area of the lawn. The mulch is a cedar mulch and its more for ground cover. I removed all the old plants bc it was so overgrown with weeds. The only lift os the big shrub and a rose bush. Any suggestions on rose type to fill that structure?

      Awesome, thanks for the direction. I have some amazing roses in the back yard but they are climbing roses. Looking at that site you sent...I never had any idea that there were that many different types of roses.
