What a lovely looking place and so quiet.
When we went to Gran Canaria several years ago we considered going to Puerto Mogan for a day out, wish we`ed done more than considered it,it looks gorgeous.

That young lady in the beach photo reminded me of just how cold the Alantic Ocean is,even in the summer

Bet you`re glad to be back just in time for the cold and wet snap, who knows, you might get some snow,we are expecting some on Friday and Saturday.

Stunning photos Lyn. I suppose it`s a bit stupid to ask if you enjoyed yourself, but then again I`m a man, so did you enjoy yourself? [IMG] :D

    We had a wonderful time.Thank you :D

    We were very lucky.
We were booked to stay in the New Cordial Valle apts self catering next door,( Owned by the Hotel)
The apts were not finished so we were moved to the 4* Cordial playa Hotel and upgraded to half board.
It looks a lot quieter than it was.
The photos were taken either early morning or evening when there where not many people about.

When we arrived it was decorated with trees and bows and lights everywhere, really lovely after the 6th Jan they took them down and it looked a bit bare.
    It is a beautiful Hotel.
We were very lucky to end up there.
We did only book for the a self catering apt next door.

Lovely photos Lyn. Have you been there before? I think you were in Madeira last I remember?

You certainly choose some nice places and are more tropical in your choices than I am so it's nice seeing what's aound the Med ... the flora that is. [IMG]

Yes we have been to Gran Canaria in fact all of the canary islands many times.
We have never stayed in a place like this before .
It was only because we were upgraded.
    We were very lucky.
We normaly take the cheaper self catering route.
Your right we were in Madeira in Sept 07.
But I wasn't that keen on it.
I think the canaries are much nicer.
I love to see the photos of peoples holidays or those who live abroad.
If you have never been before it gives you an idea of what the place is like just in case you might ever want to go.
Or just to see what it's really like.

Fantastic photos Lyn, not been to Gran Canaria yet, looks inviting, except the cold sea. We have only been to Tenerife (north) but plan to go to Madeira next year.
