Very Tasty on a cold wet summers day.

    Here is my Recipe

As much Spinach depending on amount to feed.

I grew mine in my greenhouse so washed then just cut with scissors not too small pieces discarded the stem.

    2 gloves of garlic

    I red onion quartered

    1 large potatoe

    3 large organic carrots

2pts veg stock and fresh parsley .

Boil in pan for 30 minutes then put in blender

    or leave chuncky

Serve with crusty bread and enjoy.

    My own recipe .

Can I ask a daft question?

Using shop bought spinach would it be the baby leaves or the larger english spinach?

As a vege this sounds like a great iron rich and tasty recipe.

Any type To of Spinach would work.

I just had access to an abundance of leaves in greenhouse.

Yes a lot of iron and a very tasty recipe.

It was not a daft ?

Hope you enjoy as much as we did.

    Just a quick P.S.
If you treat the stalks as you would for asparagus and serve with butter and salt they make a great starter.
