My lawn at moment

Just took some pics of the lawn so i can see what i need to do to it, i have fed it on friday, just wondered if there is anymore to do to it, it isnt brill condition but compared to this time last year it is heaps better

but now it is not as good lol




any things i need to do to get it improved or is there little i can do this time of year?
