my lilly aren't flowering

We've got a pot of hardy lillys growing on the balcony but they haven't flowered yet - more heads keeps growing but none are flowering. The older ones have turned a red colour. Is there anything I can do to help them flower?

mine are also the same, they'll flower, dont worry

 

Neither are mine Matt. They don't flower until July. Be patient.

 

Mine are at the same stage. Don't worry. Did you buy them last year already in flower? Sometimes they can be forced when brought into garden centres and were flowering earlier than is normal.
