My patchy lawn

Thanks damage . I tried just raking andseeding but it wasnt working at all, the lawn is about a year and a half old and was seeded but they did a bad job. I found out it was compacted pretty badly so i just digged up the bald patches about 100mm deep and put in pre-turf pellets for new grass, broke down all the compacted soil i dug up and removed stones and weeds from it then seeded it. Time consuming probably rather than just re- turfing it but worth it in the end im just doing squares at a tme.

 

Looking good might have to try that for my lawn
