:D:D Can't at the moment as i've left the camera lead at home, but when I get back i'll see that Peach Tree & raise you a Plum:D

That looks great Vince, London stays warmer than the countryside & theres more co2 floating around, ideal for them:dbgrtmb:

      Vince, what variety are they?
A mate of mine is picking his already, but mine are still at that "nothing moving" stage.
Mine is "Peregrine", normally ripens in early September.

Hi Pete, mine are peregrine too!

I'm amazed they've started ripening so early but the tree is in a sheltered sunny spot.

Well, nature got the best of us, we were trying to keep as many peaches on the tree as possible but were forced to get out the step ladder and pick the majority, including the one I had my eye on, very top of the tree, bigger than as tennis ball and very ripe, risked life and limb balancing on the top of the ladder to get at it, passed it down to Carol and SHE ATE IT! (we ain't married so I can't divorce her),

We filled four 2 gallon buckets with "supermarket" sized fruit, and quite a few more to go on the lower branches.

We got 13 golfball fruits last year from the tree so we're a bit in a tizwaz trying to sort out preserving our glut

Well I'm here in France and mine are not at the ripening stage yet.
I don't know the variety but they have red flesh. I'm the only one in our household that likes them. I'm not sure that's a good or bad thing.:heehee:
