my sperengeri's at it again!!!

    Do you think this plant is trying to tell me something? This will be the third time this plant has been repotted in six years! Prior to that, in all of its 44+ year life, it was repotted about 2 or 3 times!!

    mmd it may be a good idea to divide it next time you repot it,obviously well looked after.

    Nah - by the time I've chopped off the mantle (only way to move it otherwise it weighs a ton and is soooo unwieldy!) decanted it and pulled off all the little 'potatoes' and dead roots, the root ball will be about �¼ it's present size and all ready to blast again!

    I had this advice from one of the old boys on Am Gardening and the first time I repotted it, it worked a treat! Too much of a treat by the looks of it, though!

    It obviously loves my conservatory! One of my neighbours insists on telling me it's a Triffid!
