These are pics of my sperengeri. Huge, isn't it? I'm thinking of moving house so it can have some more room to itself! A couple of years ago it got a bad attack of whitefly and I had to lop off its mantle which filled three big black plastic sacks!! It seems to have come back like gangbusters since and is now in the middle of its annual flowering cycle which I am informed is an uncommon occurrence in these houseplants.

Each teeny bloom is like a miniature white lillies and the clusters of them look like bunches of tiny white grapes. The only trouble is, they drop readily and make mounds of horrid brown dusty stuff that take forever to vacuum off the carpet.

Oh - and the smell - it's awful! It smells like hot water from a Chinese laundry only stuff that gone sour! The smell in my tiny conservatory (which is my front door) is overpowering when I come home from work! Yuck! But the flowers are entrancing to see. But thought I'd share it with y'all!

Good grief MD, it's grown that big in two years?
Wish my pumpkin plants would grow that quickly.
What do you feed it on?
