We have a housing development called Blue Bell Wood walk.
Not sure why they called it that. ;)

              Very nice @wiseowl.
I grew up by a Bluebell wood, it was on a hillside and we used to go for walks there and up the '100 steps' (but I think there were actually just 98 :heehee:)

One of my favourite sights Woo. It looks beautiful
When we moved to Billericay there was a lovely bluebell wood nearby and my sister and I would walk there with her baby in the pram and my two dogs. Wonderful memories!

That they did, but I just hate it when they name housing developments after what they destroyed in the process.

Beautiful. I love bluebell woods. I haven't yet found one in Dordogne. I love the scent.

Our nearest bluebell walk is wonderful. The scent of so many native bluebells is wonderful.

Beautiful! Seems very early though? English bluebells - in the South at least - are usually at their peak in late April/early May.

Lovely to have those so early in the year. They don't start appearing until late April/early May here, and are still in flower in early June in many areas.
I've seen some Spanish ones starting to appear though, but just foliage.
