    A few picts. of my two ponds, I had the first for several years, and then it got overpopulated, so went mad a built another. The second being partially raised. I have also included a pict. of a sudden change of weather, that we experienced this Spring!

    Hi SoK. Have to say, it looks great ! I used to keep Koi at my previous home (we moved just before last xmas) and I DO miss the pond with my `friends` :( How many gallons do you have ? Cheers...freddy.

    Hi Freddy The lower pond holds about 2,600 ltrs and the top one 18,000 I'm afraid you will have to work out how many gallons yourself, but it's a lot of water... you may notice I have altered the amount of water, I suddenly realised I had made a bloomer !!

    WOW!...I love the waterfall:thumb: I see you have to weave wires to keep away those damn Herons!!

    Yes Paladin...As I am out in the sticks, Herons are a pain, but the wire, which I wove through some small statues, isn't too noticeable, that photo being a close up does show them though. Still it does the trick and although Mr Heron still comes to call, touch wood, his journey has been fruitless...

    Just beautiful, Seeker! I love the lower pond with the water cascading into it and all those stones and rocks.............. As Bob said, it looks so natural.

    Love that freak snowfall photo too :thumb:
