My friend gave me a tiny one which I put in a tub. It outgrew the pot but it had never flowered so we moved it to the front and put it in the ground this year. I am excited to see a flower coming but what do I do now? Isn't it the wrong time of year for this to flower?

Various Yuccas flower at different times of the year.
I have a Yucca recurvifolia that always flower about now, its a bit late.
The ones which flower in the summer are the best.
Not much you can do, just hope we dont get any hard frost to spoil it.

Thanks Pete, I am so pleased at it being the first one! I keep checking it.
