Hello everyone, I've just had a batch of bulbs delivered (by what appears a reputable company) and lots have green sprouts. Is this a bad sign? I think I've read somewhere that you shouldn't buy sprouting bulbs. I know I'm buying a bit late, but I assumed they'd only sell them in perfect planting condition. I'm not sure if I should complain, or just try to get them in quickly and carefully. What do you all think?!

Get them in asap Wrenhere, having worked in a garden centre I know that bulbs bought at this time of year are usually sprouting. They should be fine. David.

Paula, I`ve planted tulips for 1 of my clients and they are already through the ground, he will probably be picking them for Christmas :D . So I would say yes, get them in. David.
